Look at these beauties!

The love and care of the new owners is shining through.  You're gonna want one of your own!

1307 Georgia Street

Then...

Then...

Then...

This Victorian Farmhouse sat vacant for a bit and was in desperate need

of all things modern.

Now.

Then...

Then...

The family did a complete makeover that included floors being rebuilt, new HVAC, fenced in yard and fresh new siding, among other things.

Quite the eye-catcher now!

1000 Georgia Street

Then...

This home sat unoccupied for many years and was

struggling because of it...

Now.

Recently renovated, the 1880 Queen Anne style brick home has been beautifully brought back to life.

1401 Georgia Street

Then...

A very historic home of Louisiana, an Eastlake Victorian built in 1891,  has changed owners many times over the years.

Now.

Present time - the owner is lovingly giving the exterior a new paint job.  She's high-lighting the distinctive architecture, notable of Victorian homes. We can't wait to see the final application.

This sweet little house was on the market in 2022 and had been left in a rough state of renovations.

The new owner is working to restore it and started with a fresh coat of paint outside.  These bright color combinations are typical of many Victorian homes across the U.S.

1608 Georgia Street

then...

Time had not been kind to this home, but...

now.

Fresh paint, new landscaping and removal of the shutters gave this cute home  new life. The cities new sidewalk grant made a big difference as well. Unique architectural features, like the triangular window, are seen all over Louisiana.

601 Georgia Street

then...

Covering 2nd Floor windows of old buildings seems to have been a trend in the 50's and 60's.  Their way of modernizing the building.

now...

Thankfully the new owners saw beauty in the old facade and  removed the metal that covered the upper windows and brickwork. Now we have a lovely restoration (outside and inside) to our historic business district.

Check out "Gatherings at 601".
